Regardless of the details of your life, you’re constantly experiencing a running scroll of thoughts and feelings that lead to choices to consider and decisions to make. The decision to pursue a thought or release it. To lean into an emotion or avoid it. To react to a situation or let it go.
As you get older, these thoughts and feelings don’t suddenly lead to perfect clarity and allow you to master healthy decision making and become the best possible version of yourself. Instead, you run on memorized patterns based on how you’ve always thought and felt that become more and more ingrained over time.
This means that if you have a negative belief or way of talking about yourself, it doesn’t naturally get better over time, instead it’s likely to become more intense as time goes on. Similarly, when something or someone triggers you or activates an old wound, that emotional reaction won’t get smaller and less pronounced over time, instead your emotional reaction grows and becomes harder to manage.
This is the natural progression of being human, until you make the decision to choose healing and growth. Then, the progression starts to happen in a new direction.
Being human is complex.
You’re already always responding to the world around you and to your own inner world to the best of your abilities.
You’re already always doing the best you can based on your current level of awareness, development, and skills for navigating your life which is why when your best doesn’t feel like enough anymore, or all you seem to notice is your failures or what doesn’t feel right about your life, you’re asked to grow.
When Life Asks You To Grow, Say Yes.
There are seasons of life, sometimes long seasons, that seemingly don’t ask very much of you. Things are good, or at least good enough, and you simply stay present to life as it happens. Then, there are other seasons. Seasons that test you, challenge you, pain you, or even beg you to change.
This is where choice versus force comes in.
Will you choose change or will life force you into it? Either way, you’ll become a different version of yourself but the power of your choice brings with it an intention that guides you up to a higher path for your season of growth.
Once you commit to your season of healing and growth, the inevitable question of how to best approach your process takes center stage. In the age of information overwhelm, the choices are seemingly endless and all point you in a different direction but the truth is, much of the information found on social media is nothing more than pop wellness which means, while there are good tidbits of information all over the place, none of them offer a truly comprehensive approach, the kind that makes you holistically healthier, happier, and more whole. What offers that is a path that allows for all aspects of you to be seen, considered, and regarded, not as a compilation of separate parts but instead as a wholly functioning human whose system is meant to run on synergy not separateness.
Said differently, you will experience the most healing, growth, and real transformation when your journey centers both your mind and body, together, allowing new mental connections and thought upgrades to ripple down to the body and for body-based healing to find it’s way up to the mind where it can lead to more peace, calm, and confidence on all levels.

Being held in individualized guidance and support is a gift and privilege that leads to efficient change. To that end, the longer you stay in a structure of support the more you will benefit; however, this may not be desired or accessible to all and that’s also okay. What I’ve found is that, when approached in the right way, notable progress can be made in a single session, it just becomes about what you do after it and how you integrate the tools, insight, and healing.

While it’s not required, I recommend that you’re already loosely acquainted with some personal development concepts and that you’ve been “doing the work” for at least 6 months.

If you commit to one of my coaching containers, you will inevitably find that your baseline experience of your life shifts because you’re asked to practice ongoing awareness of how you’re thinking, feeling, and behaving. You’ll also implement on new daily habits and routines that won’t necessarily take a large amount of time but that will require your intention. At the level of actual time spent each month, that depends on you and how far you lean into the support, tools, and techniques provided.

My services are varied in fee based on the level of support you choose but my ongoing commitment to my clients is that the value you receive far exceed the financial investment, making it so that the experience isn’t about the money at all but instead about the transformation it brings.
