In our 75 minutes together, you’ll receive a breathing consultation, be guided through a transformative breathwork experience with either a focus on nervous system regulation or emotional release (your choice), and learn the practical tools needed to bring healthier breathing into your day-to-day life. After the session, you’ll also be provided an individualized action plan to support your integration and health habit formation over the next 90 days.
