For new and aspiring coaches as well as those ready to step into the next chapter of their business, these 90-minute strategy sessions are designed to challenge both your thinking and the current construct of your business so that anything misaligned can fall away and be replaced in confidence with something newer, better, and more impactful to both you and your clients. As someone who has started and run two successful businesses over the last 13 years, I bring to these sessions a combination of lived experience (so I can spare you all of my mistakes!), industry-standard and personalized strategy, and powerful reflection points for us to work through together so that your unique genius and truth as a professional and business owner can emerge.
These sessions also factor in your personal experience which means we’ll take time to look at your current habits and routines, nervous system health, emotional regulation, relationships if applicable, and, of course, mindset.
You’ll also receive an in-depth individualized action plan to support effective implementation over the next 90 days.
